Shipping is FREE throughout Austria for orders over €49.00.
For orders up to €49.00, a shipping fee of €6.00 will be charged.

General Terms and Conditions

Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders. Any conditions deviating from these GTCs will not be recognized by Rockabilly Weinkult and will not become part of the contract unless Rockabilly Weinkult expressly agrees to them in writing.
Conclusion of Contract
Your order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, which constitutes a purchase contract for us. Payment is made via online banking or by invoice with payment slip, or offline by an agreed method of payment. The ordered products will then be delivered to you by courier/shipping service.
Contract Language
The language of the contract, order, and business is German.
Place of Fulfillment and Transfer of Risk
The place of fulfillment for all services arising from the business relationship between the contracting parties is the seller’s registered office. The risk of transportation to the address provided by the customer lies with the customer.
Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Competence
All legal disputes between the contracting parties shall be governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Furthermore, Austrian jurisdiction and the competent court at the registered office of Rockabilly Weinkult are agreed upon for all legal disputes.
Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for wine purchases. However, a right of withdrawal exists for accessories (e.g. clothing). If a wine has a verifiable fault, we will replace the affected bottle, provided that the opened bottle is still at least three-quarters full. The customer bears the cost of the return shipment; Rockabilly Weinkult covers the cost of the replacement shipment.
Delivery
Wines are primarily shipped via DPD or freight forwarding. The relevant shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process (directly before order completion) and added to the total invoice amount. Additional information on shipping costs can be found under the section "Payment and Delivery Terms." In countries where we do not offer direct delivery services, our respective import partners will handle your orders.
Payment and Retention of Title
Orders can only be paid in advance or via PayPal.

Data Storage
We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner using cookies.

In addition, the following data is stored by us for contract processing: [salutation, first name, last name, address, country, email address, phone number if applicable, IP address, and any individual message]. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of order data transferred to the handling merchant for orders from Germany, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for delivery, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our legal tax obligations.

All payments are processed through our payment partner Ogone. Therefore, we do not collect any data related to credit card payments or instant bank transfers ourselves. The entire ordering process is SSL encrypted.

If the shopping process is canceled, the stored data will be deleted. In the case of a concluded contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period (7 years).

The data
Name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will also be stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years).
Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96(3) Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract performance) of the GDPR.
